EmailBibleStudy is a website designed as an online archive of Bible Studies sent out by this ministry.

This is a cross-denominational study open to all.

Our Purpose

I hope to spark you to think about God's word and how it applies to your life.  I work on the railroad so posting goes at weird hours of the day and night.  I have completed a Masters of Religion through Liberty University with the intention of going into ministry one day.  Join me in the journey, email me at whetstone@emailbiblestudy.com. (Due to excessive spam, link is no longer clickable).

Welcome

Welcome to the ones who have been chewed up and spit out by organized religion.  Welcome to those who have been victims of divorce, broken relationships and violated trust.  Welcome to those who have bombed out of the ministry, failed miserably, and kicked out of the church. This is a place where restoration can begin, a place where you can come to safely study God's word without the danger of being torpedoed by others.  This is a place to start and a place to start again.  If you are feeling defeated, rejected, or are just plain irritated with life, join us.  I won't promise to help or address all of your needs, I can promise to encourage you through your difficulties.  Welcome all!

I have recently began to explore the messianic side of Christianity.  In future studies I will be focusing on how that the Jewish feasts impact a believers life.  I may be debunking "sacred" practices in the church that do not have biblical origins.  Part of the process will be looking at the Bible through the perspective of the Torah.  As I have investigated this idea recently, it challenges the base philosophies that Christian churches are built upon.  In essence, here is the worldview:  Jesus is Yeshua, a Jew.  He is God and came to earth not to establish a new religion, but to draw His people to Himself.  He kept the Jewish feasts and festivals, and taught exclusively on the Torah.  By looking at His life and at biblical festivals from a Jewish perspective, an entirely new perspective opens up. From this perspective, nothing new can be found in the New Testament.  It is a commentary written on the Torah.  Join me in the journey.
