I drew this from thinking about a lecture from Liberty University.  (The right two columns are borrowed directly from Liberty University's New Testament Overview Worktext, copyright 2003, Thomson Learning Custom Publishing.)  I built the words of the columns into the chart to show the parallel.

Another thing that I noticed (that wasn’t brought out), was the similarities between the judgments.  I never noticed that before, Hebrew Poetry rhymes concepts, the judgments all rhyme straight across, each one seeming to build on the previous judgment.  Check out the parallels:

Partial destruction of vegetation, 8:7

6th

Terror, worldwide chaos, nature goes wild. 6:12-17

Release of four angels for destruction. 9:13-21

7th

Incredible the way that the concepts go straight across, never noticed it before.

I hope that this helps in your study of Revelation.
